Rikkeisoft was founded on a strong belief: Vietnamese engineers have the talent, discipline, and determination to build world-class technology.
With that vision, 06 co-founders came together to establish a company with a bold ambition – To become the No.1 technology company and elevate Vietnamese technology on the global stage.
The early journey was not without challenges. With a small team and limited resources, Rikkeisoft relied on resilience and an unwavering drive to move forward. Beginning with its first clients in Japan, the company gradually earned trust through consistent quality and delivery.
That foundation enabled Rikkeisoft to expand beyond Japan into key markets, including the United States, Europe, South Korea, Thailand, Australia and more.
More than a decade of development, Rikkeisoft has grown into one of Vietnam’s leading technology companies, with over 2,000 employees, a presence in 05 countries, and a growing ecosystem spanning multiple domains.

After years of living and studying in Japan, our founding members came to share a common conviction: Vietnamese engineers possess the talent, resilience, and determination to succeed on the global stage. We believed they deserved greater opportunities to be recognized worldwide and make a meaningful impact.
That belief inspired us to build Rikkeisoft not only as a technology company, but as a journey to bring Vietnamese intelligence and technology to the world. We aspire for Vietnam to be recognized for a generation of engineers who are innovative, adaptable, and capable of standing alongside the world’s leading enterprises. This has been the spirit behind Rikkeisoft’s commitment to “Elevating Vietnam’s Value” since day one.
From day one, Rikkeisoft has carried an unwavering ambition: To elevate Vietnam’s image on the world stage – especially in technology. That aspiration has not faded over the years.

Since our time studying in Japan, the founders of Rikkeisoft had always shared a dream of building something meaningful together. It was also through our experiences abroad that we realized how much potential Vietnam still had to unlock. That belief led us to build a technology company rooted in Vietnamese identity and capable of competing on the global stage.
Today, Rikkeisoft’s vision goes far beyond becoming a large-scale software outsourcing company. We aspire to expand into new markets, explore new business domains, and leverage technology to create high-quality services and innovative solutions that we firmly believe Vietnamese people are fully capable of mastering. For us, the greatest milestones are still ahead, and everything we have achieved so far is only the beginning.”
Since the early days, Rikkeisoft has pursued a bold ambition: To become one of Vietnam’s leading technology corporations – not only by delivering technology services, but by building and mastering our own products, platforms, and technologies.
I have always been inspired by long-established Japanese groups such as Sumitomo, Mitsubishi, and Mitsui – companies that have built enduring ecosystems and become pillars of Japan’s economy. That vision has inspired Rikkeisoft to pursue its own journey of building a Vietnamese technology ecosystem, where technology, people, and innovation grow together to create lasting value for society and help bring Vietnam further onto the global stage.
That vision and spirit have remained at the heart of Rikkeisoft’s journey from the very beginning.
12 years ago, when we first started Rikkeisoft, we often asked ourselves when the company would reach its first $1 million in revenue, grow to 1,000 employees, or expand offices across Japan.
Over the years, each of those ambitions gradually became reality. From Japan, the US, and Thailand to Korea, every new milestone has strengthened our belief: With bold vision and determination, we can build a company with global reach and contribute meaningful value to Vietnam’s growth.
