On May 4, 2026, Rikkeisoft officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation with Hokkaido Kensetsu Shimbun Co., Ltd. (北海道建設新聞社), marking the beginning of a new partnership between the two companies.
The signing ceremony took place at Rikkeisoft’s headquarters in Hanoi, Vietnam, with the aim of strengthening business development and expanding cooperation opportunities in Northern Japan.
This partnership will begin with the development and implementation of a sales management system for Hokkaido Kensetsu Shimbun Co., Ltd., supporting the company’s efforts to enhance operational efficiency and expand its web business.
The collaboration was also featured in the May 12, 2026 edition of Hokkaido Kensetsu Shimbun, highlighting the contract signing, the ceremony held in Hanoi, and the two companies’ commitment to strengthening their relationship moving forward.

Under the MOU, both sides agreed to establish a cooperation framework focusing on the following areas:
