Entering its 12th year on the journey to elevate Vietnamese values, Rikkeisoft has become one of the top three ICT enterprises in Vietnam, having completed a technology ecosystem and continuing to maintain its goal of conquering global markets, with a focus on the US, APAC, and Japan.
Rikkeisoft created stepping stones in technology resources many years ago to prepare for this breakthrough. These include researching and developing high-tech application products (Rikkei AI), training IT programmers to solve the problem of IT staff shortage (Rikkei Academy), and providing digital transformation solutions for Vietnamese businesses (Rikkei Digital).
Each subsidiary holds its own mission to contribute to solving the current technological problems that the country and businesses are facing. However, the common point is that all these steps are important links in Rikkeisoft’s “go-global” goal.
Regarding the stepping stone of human resources, Chairman of Rikkeisoft, Ta Son Tung, shared that one of Rikkeisoft’s proudest accomplishments is bringing nearly 600 employees to live and work abroad. This shows that the quality of Vietnamese technology talents is improving to meet international demands and quality. “In other words, improving the quality of human resources in the technology industry is a priority to enhance Vietnamese values, as Rikkeisoft’s mission sets out,” said Mr. Tung.
This year, Rikkeisoft sees opportunities in developing technology services that are considered a priority and necessary need of businesses in the regional and international markets, despite the expected volatile economic situation. Chairman Ta Son Tung shared that Rikkeisoft brings the desire to bring foreign currency home in each goal. In addition to expanding its provision of technology solutions worldwide, Rikkeisoft will also focus on bringing more Vietnamese IT personnel abroad to gain experience and work.
“However, to fulfill our common mission, each individual must bring the spirit of progress, dedication, and sharing to all work. This is considered a ‘stepping stone’ to create momentum for technology companies like Rikkeisoft to rise up and assert themselves internationally,” said Chairman Ta Son Tung.
