Therefore, on September 30, Rikkeisoft and Rikkei Digital representatives were in Singapore to officially cooperate with Larksuite (a subsidiary of ByteDance in Singapore) in providing new-generation digital workspace services. At the same time, Rikkeisoft will connect and meet other partners and customers in Singapore and Thailand.
The cooperation with a large unit in Singapore and subsequent international cooperation helps Rikkeisoft not only affirm the perfection in technology quality but also professionalism and prestige in the global market. Thus, many useful market insight was explored with many potential cooperation opportunity.
Ms. Phan Thi Lan Anh, Director of Business Development of Rikkeisoft said that, Rikkeisoft choose APAC as the next potential market after Japan and Europe because of the strengths in cultural similarities and time zone differences. Singapore is considered as PACIFIC hub where many unicorn get together, as well as Thailand’s demand about technology application is more and more increasing.
“Market Expansion into APAC even though can be challenging for Rikkeisoft, we are confident with the service quality and the trust with customer retention rate as 97%”, she shared.
The working trip and meeting with partners and customers at APAC helped Rikkeisoft increase its connection and efficiency with customers and the market. The goal of APAC market expanding and conquering is increasingly becoming a reality.
