With a distinguished career, Mr. Verma has a proven track record in driving digital transformation and innovation. As the CTO and President of Digital of ASTEC Industries, he spearheaded the successful turnaround of a digital business, achieving remarkable growth and profitability.
His role as GM and Chief Product Officer at Hitachi Vantara showcased his leadership in scaling multi-tenant AI SaaS offerings, significantly boosting margins and achieving substantial growth. As the VP and Global Head for Industrial / Energy at Siemens Advanta, Mr. Verma consistently delivered profitable growth through digital transformation initiatives in vertical markets.
Even earlier in his career, during his tenure as IoT and Digital Industrial Transformation Practice Lead at Deloitte Digital, he founded and expertly managed an IoT practice, mentoring junior resources and overseeing substantial teams.
Mr. Verma’s extensive expertise in IoT and digital transformation will be instrumental in expanding our client networks and exploring acquisition opportunities in this rapidly evolving sector. Additionally, his guidance and leadership coaching will be invaluable to Rikkeisoft’s Board of Managers.
