RKTech is pleased to officially announce that Mr. Jeff Conway, with his distinguished background, including roles as former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at State Street in Europe and former Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HSBC, has joined the RKTech Board Advisor team.
His engagement in private equity was further recognized when he became a Senior Advisor at the renowned Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He provided advice and coaching to BCG’s clients on business strategy and transformative effective execution, innovation and the building of capabilities.
At the heart of his professional journey are both State Street and HSBC. As the Executive Vice President at State Street, Mr. Jeff led the company’s global delivery and business transformation, digitizing legacy structures and materially improving the client experience. His profound expertise was further exemplified as he took the reins as the Chief Executive Officer for State Street’s operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His leadership at State Street influenced over 25,000 employees across 13 markets, while his tenure at HSBC saw him impacting 30,000+ staff in 54 markets.
Currently, he offers strategic direction as a Member of the Board of Directors at Secro, Lydonia Technologies, Inc. His leadership was also evident during his time as the Non-Executive Chairman at the Universal Investment Group in Frankfurt and Director at Mercatus, Inc. Each of these roles underscores his vast experience and significant contributions to the industry.
