In mass production environments, every carton leaving the production line must contain the correct number of products. Traditionally, operators manually verified product quantities before packaging. While this process appeared simple, maintaining consistent inspection quality became increasingly difficult as production speed increased.

Using industrial cameras and AI-based object detection, the system detects missing products, counts quantities, and delivers real-time inspection results.
